At Cocolé, we deeply value every person who trusts in our artisanal work. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order:

1. Exchanges and returns

  • We do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders.

  • To ensure your garment arrives in the correct size and color, we kindly ask you to carefully review our size charts before making your purchase.

2. Customization and corrections before shipping

  • If you wish to request a modification in size or color, please contact us by email or WhatsApp before your order has been shipped.

  • You also have the option of sending us your measurements so we can provide a better fit and avoid mistakes.

  • We encourage you to carefully review the style you selected. Even after completing your purchase, we can make adjustments or corrections as long as your package has not yet been shipped.

  • Once your order has left our workshop, we will no longer be able to make changes or corrections.

3. Shipping costs for changes

  • If you require a change after receiving your garment, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

  • Only if the garment presents a manufacturing defect, Cocolé will cover the shipping costs.
