1. Exchanges and returns

We do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders.

To ensure your garment arrives in the correct size and color, we kindly ask you to carefully review our size charts before making your purchase.
2. Customization and corrections before shipping

If you wish to request a modification in size or color, please contact us by email or WhatsApp before your order has been shipped.

You also have the option of sending us your measurements so we can provide a better fit and avoid mistakes.

We encourage you to carefully review the style you selected. Even after completing your purchase, we can make adjustments or corrections as long as your package has not yet been shipped.

Once your order has left our workshop, we will no longer be able to make changes or corrections.
3. Shipping costs for changes

If you require a change after receiving your garment, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Only if the garment presents a manufacturing defect, Cocolé will cover the shipping costs.
