Us

Cocolé was born between threads, memories and the desire to create something authentic.

I'm Ale, an architect by training, a designer by vocation, and the granddaughter of women who sewed their own clothes. My grandmother—whom they called "Cocolé"—taught me without words that the act of creating with one's hands is powerful. I grew up surrounded by textiles, needles, and a deep admiration for the stories woven into each garment.

After years of searching, I learned and found what truly moved me: textile design and garments made to last, to move with you, to tell something beyond trends.

At Cocolé, we work with pedal looms and Mexican hands. We design contemporary garments with artisanal cotton textiles, designed for all body types, all ages, and all ways of inhabiting the world.

We don't follow seasons. We create with intention. Many of our pieces are made to order, with minimal waste. Every meter of fabric is used, each garment is designed to last and transform with you.

Cocolé is not fast fashion, nor is it made to fit in.
It is genderless, ethical, fresh, and soulful clothing.
It's a way of dressing freely, of honoring tradition, and of living with more calm and authenticity.

Thank you for being here. For choosing to dress differently. For bringing handmade to life!
